• 3 years’ experience in channel partnerships, business management, product marketing, omni-channel merchandising, or related area.
• Prior work experience in eCommerce.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of sellers, engaging and guiding them through key WFS onboarding milestones.
• Educate sellers on WFS processes, tools, requirements, and best practices to launch and scale.
• Manage your seller pipeline in Salesforce, maintaining activity, funnel status, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Use data to prioritize high-opportunity sellers and improve conversion and funnel velocity.
• Identify recurring seller pain points and translate feedback into actionable insights.
• Contribute to scalable playbooks, automation, and resources to improve onboarding.
