Job summary

AllWork is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to optimize our GTM engine across Marketing and Sales. You will own HubSpot architecture, data quality, lead routing, enrichment, attribution, outbound automation, and reporting.

You’ll connect Clay, AI models, and enrichment tools to create scalable, data-driven outbound campaigns and measurable pipeline growth. This is a remote U.S.-based role with travel to Edison, NJ.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in Revenue/Marketing/Sales Operations or similar roles.
• Hands-on HubSpot: architecture, workflows, scoring, integrations, reporting.
• Experience with Clay and high-volume outbound email campaigns.
• Experience managing cold email infrastructure and deliverability.
• Significant experience using AI models in GTM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot architecture, data quality, lead routing, attribution, and reporting.
• Own outbound pipeline, campaigns from concept to qualified discovery meetings.
• Build and manage integrations between HubSpot and GTM stack.
• Develop account lists, enrichment, signals, and scalable personalization workflows.
• Connect Marketing to Revenue with attribution and funnel reporting.
• Experiment with new data sources, AI models, and enrichment providers.
