Job summary

Holman seeks a Senior Specialist, GTM Systems & Revenue Operations to administer and optimize its GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, and data platforms. You will drive lead generation, pipeline management, and customer success tooling while enhancing data quality and insights across the revenue engine.

You will partner with Revenue Ops, Sales, Marketing, IT, and vendors to implement integrations, deliver dashboards, and pilot AI-enabled improvements for growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, CS or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM administration, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting Salesforce and sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
• Strong background in business analysis, reporting, workflow design, system implementations, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GTM technology management across Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and related tools.
• Support customer success platforms configuration and maintenance.
• Partner with IT and vendors to implement integrations and automation.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to inform decisions.
• Monitor data quality and governance for CRM discipline and reporting reliability.
• Evaluate AI-enabled technologies to improve productivity and revenue outcomes.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technology solutions.
