Job summary

Catapult, in our Boston office, seeks a Revenue Operations analyst to own forecasting and pipeline data, delivering a narrative with root causes and recommended actions to CRO and regional VPs. You will partner across Commercial, Finance, and Business Systems to align commercial and financial forecasts.

You’ll analyze ACV trends, win/loss data, pricing, and margins, and drive self-service dashboards and automated reporting using Salesforce and BI tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in RevOps/SalesOps/commercial analytics with B2B SaaS forecasting ownership.
• Skilled at root-cause analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Strong analytical range (bookings, pipeline, pricing, unit economics) and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and pipeline: Own the global forecast summary and provide a narrative for exec leadership.
• Root-cause analysis on pipeline movement to identify forecast risks and drivers.
• Maintain forecasting data integrity and tool reliability for trusted numbers.
