Job summary

Ladders seeks a Senior Program Manager, Revenue Operations to lead cross-functional programs that advance revenue operations and GTM execution. You will establish governance, structure, and reporting to transform priorities into concrete plans and measurable outcomes, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program or project management, preferably in Revenue Operations or GTM functions.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs with diverse stakeholders.
• Skilled in establishing program governance and reporting from the ground up.
• Proficient in risk management and escalation processes.
• Strong communication skills for aligning teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps.
• Data-driven with the ability to define and track program success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives by translating priorities into structured plans.
• Define milestones, owners, and deliverables for programs.
• Track progress and outcomes while managing dependencies and blockers.
• Establish operating rhythms and run status meetings for programs.
• Maintain decision logs and standardize reporting across initiatives.
• Coordinate alignment across RevOps and field teams.
• Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and escalated as needed.
