Job summary

Nerdio, Inc. is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to partner with sales leadership and drive growth through data-driven forecasting and pipeline management. You will collaborate with multiple business units to optimize processes and enable strategic decisions.

The role requires organizing priorities across Finance, HR, Marketing, and Sales, with a focus on automation, clarity, and timely insights. Remote-friendly role for United States-based teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in revenue operations or sales operations.
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) a plus.
• Experience implementing, using, and navigating a CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot).
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work autonomously.
• Able to present to senior leadership and executives.
• Experience with AI tooling to enhance productivity (e.g. Claude).
• Team player

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business partner to sales leadership in GTM/region/vertical.
• Drive forecasting processes across the region in a consistent, timely manner.
• Manage the opportunity pipeline for all pipes, ensuring velocity, quality, and coverage.
• Deliver scorecard metrics including funnel, budget attainment, and forecasting.
• Lead annual planning process creation and resource allocation.
• Perform SWOT analyses for specified problems/challenges.
• Support GTM priorities and strategy as needed.
• Define scope, build work-plans, perform analyses, and communicate recommendations.
