Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, analytics, or related roles in SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Experience supporting post-sales, Customer Success, Sales, or customer-facing functions.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and drive progress through influence.
• Strong data fluency and experience with reporting or visualization tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and translating business needs to data requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for leadership audiences.

• Partner with senior leaders in Partner & Alliances to shape priorities and planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs and business rhythms across teams.
• Define and manage reporting cadences and roadmap visibility for leadership reviews.
• Translate business questions into analytical requirements with data partners.
• Architect data requirements and scalable reporting frameworks across post-sales workflows.
• Collaborate with analytics, systems, and tooling to improve data quality and reporting.
• Drive structured tracking and accountability for cross-functional initiatives.
• Create concise leadership-ready materials outlining progress and risks.
• Identify opportunities to simplify work via automation and AI-enabled workflows.
