Job summary

Location3 is creating a Revenue Operations seat to own the systems, controls and reporting that connect what we sell to how we deliver it.

This Denver-based remote role will report to leadership and require strong Salesforce, Zendesk, and data governance skills to align contracts, onboarding, and billing with performance metrics. Hybrid collaboration with the Glendale office a couple times a month is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in revenue, business, or agency operations with high accuracy.
• Strong Salesforce reporting, dashboards and data governance.
• Experience with Zendesk, capacity planning or vendor management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue operations: contracts, scopes, pricing, resourcing, and billing alignment
• Oversee onboarding and launch across multiple teams including Finance and Operations
• Develop recurring leadership reports on contract status, staffing, and scope
• Manage Zendesk and franchisee support workflows and response times
• Coordinate vendor management and capacity forecasting with stakeholders
