Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Lead, Revenue Operations to optimize mid‑funnel processes and territory planning in a remote‑first environment. You will partner across Sales, Legal, Product, Analytics, and RevOps to ensure accurate forecasting, clean handoffs, and scalable territory rules.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required.
• 4+ years in revenue or sales operations with pipeline/forecasting and territory planning.
• Proficiency in Salesforce; admin experience a plus.
• Experience designing end-to-end sales processes, SLAs, and operating cadences.

Responsibilities

• Own mid-funnel sales lifecycle (Discovery to Close) with definitions and hygiene.
• Drive territory planning, segmentation, and account-to-rep mapping.
• Govern ISV, Partnerships, and Marketplace motions with clean handoffs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales Leadership, Legal, Product, Analytics, RevOps.
• Improve mid-funnel data quality and forecasting inputs for accuracy.
• Document and change-manage mid-funnel, territory, and partnerships processes.
• Collaborate with Salesforce on workflows, layouts, and GTM tooling.
