Job summary

Armada is seeking a Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to own the go-to-market cadence for our global sales org. This remote US role partners with Sales Leadership, Finance and RevOps to drive forecast, pipeline, territory design and quota allocation at scale.

You’ll build capacity models, refine dashboards, and apply AI tools to accelerate recurring analysis. A senior contributor role emphasizing ownership and impact at a pivotal growth moment for Armada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s may substitute for two years of experience.
• 8+ years in sales strategy/operations or equivalent analytics.
• Proven ownership of territory design and quota assignment.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for modeling and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional sales leadership on GTM strategies and planning.
• Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with narratives.
• Maintain dashboards and core revenue metrics definitions.
• Own the forecast operating rhythm for business units.
• Design and calibrate territory structures and quotas.
• Build headcount, ramp models and capacity planning.
• Administer compensation and plan configurations.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate analysis and reporting.
