Job summary

Armada is seeking a Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to own the go-to-market cadence for its global sales organization. You will partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, Deal Desk, and RevOps to optimize for scale and predictable growth across hardware and software.

This senior IC role focuses on forecast rhythm, territory design, quota allocation, and reporting, driving revenue planning as Armada expands its edge AI infrastructure footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; masters may substitute for two years of experience.
• 8+ years in sales strategy, operations, or revenue operations or equivalent.
• Ownership of territory design, quota allocation, and capacity modeling.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills with modeling and pivot tables.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into concise narratives for leaders.
• Comfort operating with limited structure and establishing processes.
• Discretion handling compensation and sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leadership on regional GTM strategies and analytics.
• Support monthly/quarterly reviews, translating data into narratives.
• Maintain and refine reporting structures, dashboards and metrics.
• Own forecast operating rhythm: call prep, roll-up, and accuracy tracking.
• Drive pipeline hygiene and regional coverage inspections.
• Build capacity, headcount, and ramp models for revenue targets.
• Design and calibrate territory structures and quota allocations.
• Maintain account plans and target definitions with regional leaders.
• Oversee GTM roster management, joiners/movers/leavers in pay records.
• Collaborate on segmentation and coverage model design.
• Develop compensation scenarios and market benchmarking.
• Administer the sales compensation platform and period close.
