Job summary

Fleetio is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to own the monthly sales commission process, translate compensation plans into payout calculations, and drive data-driven improvements across GTM. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to streamline processes and enable accurate payouts, with emphasis on automation and reporting.

You will analyze funnel performance, build executive dashboards, and support territory design and planning.

Qualifications

4+ years in Revenue Operations or similar role in B2B SaaS.
Ability to explain payout calculations to reps and leaders.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and QuotaPath.

Responsibilities

Own the monthly sales commission process from data preparation to payroll handoff.
Translate approved compensation plans into precise payout calculations and letters.
Resolve data and payout discrepancies by identifying root causes and documenting adjustments.
Lead funnel analyses from exploration to practical recommendations to drive growth.
Provide executives with dashboards on pipeline health, conversion velocity, and attainment.
Collaborate on territory design, capacity planning, and target-setting using data.
