Job summary

Fleetio is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to own the sales compensation process and tackle analytical challenges that drive GTM performance. You will manage monthly payouts, build reports, and push for automation across Revenue, Sales, and Finance teams.

You will translate plans into precise payouts, audit data quality, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and establish scalable, trusted workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar analytical role in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to translate payout calculations to reps and explain trends to leaders.
• Experience owning recurring processes from start to finish and improving them.
• Proven track record building and auditing spreadsheet models with formulas and lookups.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and QuotaPath (or similar commissions software).

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly sales commission process from data prep to payout validation.
• Translate compensation plans into precise payout calculations and letters.
• Resolve data and payout discrepancies by identifying root causes and documenting adjustments.
• Lead funnel analyses and provide practical recommendations to drive growth.
• Provide leadership with dashboards showing pipeline health and revenue attainment.
• Collaborate on territory design, capacity planning, and target-setting.
• Streamline recurring workflows and leverage AI to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Document processes and business rules for scalability and trust.
