Job summary

Fleetio is seeking a Manager, Revenue Operations to be the operational backbone for GTM functions, including SDRs, Solutions Consulting, and Partnerships. This is a remote, individual-contributor role reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, with latitude to shape the function as Fleetio scales.

You will own reporting, process design, and day-to-day support, track pipeline and win rates, and collaborate with GTM leaders to drive efficiency. AI-enabled analytics are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations within B2B SaaS.
• Experience supporting SDRs, Solutions Consulting, or Partnerships.
• Proven ability to build reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
• Comfort using AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting and process design for SDRs, Solutions Consulting, and Partnerships.
• Track pipeline, deal coverage, win rates, and partner-influenced revenue.
• Lead weekly reviews and operational cadences with GTM leaders.
• Design workflows from lead routing to deal registration for scale.
• Partner with GTM systems to improve tech stack and automation.
