United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to own data-intensive revenue processes from bonus calculations to quota setting and forecasting. You will partner with GTM Ops, Marketing Ops, and Data & Analytics while building AI agents to empower the team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations or analytics.
• Experience with Looker or Tableau for data visualization.
• Advanced modeling in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL optional.
• Proven ability to drive business processes with data.
• Excellent communication with revenue leadership and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional strategic projects; structure problems, explore solutions, implement processes, and measure impact.
• Own quarterly bonus calculations and quota setting.
• Maintain capacity models, forecast algorithms, and product reporting with FP&A.
• Own weekly KPI pulls and Dashboards for Revenue leadership.
• Lead ad hoc modeling for high-visibility initiatives (pricing, packaging, CS engagement).
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Partner on annual planning: capacity modeling, target setting, compensation design.
• Build AI Claude agents to enable self-serve analyses in the Ops team.
