Job summary

Spreedly is looking for a Lead Revenue Operations Analyst to own forecasting, pipeline analytics, and GTM planning within a senior individual contributor role. You will partner with executive and sales leadership to translate data into actionable insights, helping drive revenue strategy and execution.

You will work closely with the GTM Operations Team to maintain forecast accuracy, quota methodology, and performance recommendations that influence Revenue leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Senior IC role focused on revenue operations and analytics.
• Experience translating data into actionable insights for revenue leadership.
• Strong collaboration with GTM and sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, and quota methodology.
• Develop and communicate performance analytics to Revenue leadership.
• Partner with GTM Operations Analyst to maintain an accurate forecast.
• Identify churn risk signals in the funnel and act early.
