Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, sales strategy, business operations, or similar.
• Strategic thinking with outcomes-focused mindset.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• GTM forecasting with weekly cadence, bookings updates, and business reviews.
• GTM insights by building dashboards and KPI scorecards for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Revenue strategy and planning including quota modelling and capacity analysis.
• Partner with leadership to align processes and streamline GTM execution.
