Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to deliver data-driven insights for our go-to-market strategy. You will support annual planning, optimize CRM systems, and enable Sales leadership to make strategic decisions with confidence. The role reports to the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations.

You will partner with Sales VPs and cross-functional GTM teams, maintaining dashboards in Salesforce, Gong, and Omni, and driving data quality and process improvements across the revenue stack.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Revenue/Sales Operations, or a related analytical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building models and reports that drive business decisions.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or tools like Omni, Gong, or similar RevOps platforms is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and data quality for credible recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support annual planning cycles with segmentation models, territory designs and compensation plans.
• Serve as strategic advisor to Sales VPs by conducting business reviews and diagnosing pipeline opportunities.
• Maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Gong and Omni to surface key metrics.
• Identify and improve CRM workflows and data quality to boost rep productivity.
• Maintain data integrity in Salesforce aligned with segmentation rules and ROEs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and People teams on GTM planning initiatives.
