LinkSquares, a Boston-based AI-powered CLM SaaS leader, seeks a Senior GTM Data Analyst to own the analytical truth layer across the revenue organization. You will partner with GTM executives to surface insights and drive strategic actions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years supporting a B2B SaaS or recurring-revenue business, with deep fluency in SaaS/GTM economics, unit economics, and full customer lifecycle analysis across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and modern data stack concepts, including data quality monitoring.
• Experience building KPI frameworks and executive/Board reporting with clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own KPI architecture and dashboards across Sales, CX, Marketing, Product, and Finance, ensuring trusted, scalable reporting.
• Develop revenue planning models, pipeline coverage, conversion, velocity, and scenario analyses to guide decisions.
• Support recurring executive and Board reporting with reconciled metrics and clear business logic.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, CX, Product, and Finance to align definitions and drive decisions.
