Job summary

Frontline Managed Services is seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations to partner with Sales, Finance, and Marketing. The role focuses on revenue visibility, forecast accuracy, and turning data into actionable insights for leadership.

You will help establish the Revenue Operations function, build dashboards, monitor CRM data quality, and support governance across systems while collaborating with business leaders on growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, FP&A, or related analytics.
• Strong analytical experience with sales, financial, pipeline, or revenue data.
• Experience with revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy.
• Hands-on with CRM reporting and data-quality monitoring (HubSpot or Salesforce).
• Advanced Excel and BI tool skills; ability to build recurring reports from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pipeline, bookings, revenue, ARR, conversion and other metrics for trends and opportunities.
• Support revenue forecasting by validating assumptions and identifying risks.
• Prepare pipeline and forecast reviews with accurate, timely information for leaders.
• Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for executives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to refine assumptions and reporting.
• Monitor data governance, data quality, and reporting integrity in CRM systems.
• Develop dashboards and recurring performance readouts on pipeline health and revenue.
• Assist with sales compensation reporting and reconciliation of performance data.
