Job summary

Second Front Systems seeks a sharp, data-driven Revenue Operations Analyst to keep our revenue engine accurate and visible, from pipeline to renewal across commercial, federal, and international sales motions.

Reporting to our Manager of Revenue Operations, you will own forecasting, deal desk, sales compensation, and Salesforce data quality, with high visibility and opportunity to grow.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or FP&A experience in a B2B software environment.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets with lookups and pivot tables.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Finance and Customer Success.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience building reports/dashboards.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Keep pipeline data clean in Salesforce across commercial, federal, and international units.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for pipeline, bookings, win rates, and renewals.
• Support weekly forecast cadence and pipeline reviews.
• Turn data into insights and actionable recommendations.
• Assist deal desk, pricing reviews, and quote-to-cash workflows.
• Support quota tracking and monthly commission calculations.
• Document RevOps processes and assist Salesforce improvements.
• Assist with territory planning and GTM enablement.
