Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing Strategy, or related analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI platforms.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, pricing analysis, and experimentation.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; experience presenting to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue optimization by analyzing pricing and marketplace dynamics.
• Improve unit economics by evaluating pricing realization, discounts, and margins.
• Execute customer and market analysis including benchmarking and segmentation.
• Expand cross-sell strategy for ancillary services to maximize revenue per transaction.
• Enhance retention and engagement through analysis of acquisition and platform metrics.
• Monitor KPIs and identify revenue leakage; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver actionable insights using advanced analytics and BI tools.
• Design and execute experiments (A/B tests, pilots, cohorts) to test new strategies.
