Job summary

Teaching Strategies, LLC is seeking a Revenue Intelligence Senior Analyst to join our remote-ready Sales Operations team. You will own data modeling, dashboards, and forecasting to drive revenue decisions and operational improvements.

You’ll build complex models in Excel and SQL, deliver executive summaries, and partner with IT and finance to maintain pipelines and performance targets. Experience with Salesforce and Power BI is essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience building and maintaining quantitative models.
• 5 years of experience designing KPI and communicating performance upward & downward.
• SQL coding for data preparation and analysis.
• AI integration with analytic workflows, e.g. code generation and data visualization.
• Salesforce (navigation & report building).
• Data visualization (Power BI or similar).
• Excel mastery.
• PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support company leadership with operational dashboards and executive summaries.
• Support sales organization with reports for rep-level performance management.
• Build and maintain complex models (Excel, SQL).
• Maintain sales rep commissioning model and monthly cycles.
• Coordinate with IT to establish pipelines and ETL processes.
• Build dashboards/visualizations and communicate trends or alarms.
• Structure and rationalize datasets for ongoing consumption.
• Create ad hoc datasets and insights for operational questions.
• Coordinate with finance to estimate and update forecast and targets.
