Qualifications

• Associate degree required or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, education, finance, or related field preferred.
• CRCR, HFMA, AAHAM, CPC, CPB or other revenue cycle/education certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Revenue Cycle education programs.
• Partners with leadership to identify educational needs based on audits and trends.
• Maintains standardized curricula, materials, and competency tools across departments.
• Oversees education staff and ensures adherence to training standards.
• Develops onboarding programs for new hires and transfers.
