Capital Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Educator to support education for Patient Accounts and Revenue Cycle staff. The role includes designing, developing, and assisting with the implementation and evaluation of educational programs to meet learning needs.

Requirements include a high school diploma (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred), two years of hospital billing experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills. 40-hour work week with comprehensive benefits are provided.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and educational tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing orientation plans for Patient Accounts and Revenue Cycle staff.
• Support individualized orientation based on experience and learning needs.
• Monitor and evaluate progress of orientees with the Revenue Cycle Educator.
• Develop and maintain educational materials and resources.
• Support documentation accuracy in Revenue Cycle systems.
