Job summary

Capital Health in New Jersey seeks a Senior Revenue Cycle Educator to design, implement, and evaluate advanced education programs for Patient Financial Services and related departments. You will serve as the SME and lead educational resource for revenue cycle operations.

You will partner with operations leaders to identify knowledge gaps, develop training plans, standardize materials, and promote consistent workflows across departments, while onboarding staff and guiding competency validation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, education, finance, or related field preferred.
• CRCR, HFMA, AAHAM, CPC, CPB, or other revenue cycle/coding education certification preferred.
• Five years hospital or healthcare revenue cycle experience required.
• Experience developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, implementation, standardization, and evaluation of Revenue Cycle education programs across departments.
• Partner with leadership to identify educational needs based on audit findings and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain Internal Education programs including curriculum design, classroom instruction, and competency assessment.
• Coordinate onboarding and staff transitions; customize education plans per employee level.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and drive quality improvement initiatives.
