Qualifications

• Two years of hospital billing experience required.
• Familiarity with revenue cycle functions.
• Experience planning and conducting training programs preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under stress.

Responsibilities

• Develop orientation plans for Patient Accounts and Revenue Cycle staff.
• Assist in designing, updating, and evaluating educational materials.
• Demonstrate effective teaching through various methods.
• Support standards, procedures, and quality improvement efforts.
• Disseminate information about learning offerings and maintain records.
