Job summary

Capital Health System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Revenue Cycle Educator to design and implement advanced training across Revenue Cycle departments.

You will serve as a subject matter expert for education programs, onboarding, and competency development, partnering with leaders to address knowledge gaps and standardize workflows. The role requires strong instructional design, curriculum development, and the ability to translate complex concepts into practical training materials for staff at

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years hospital or healthcare revenue cycle experience with design, delivery and evaluation of training programs.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle operations, payer requirements, and regulatory changes.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, implementation, standardization, and evaluation of Revenue Cycle education programs.
• Standardize curricula, training materials, and competency tools across departments.
• Provide guidance to Revenue Cycle Educators and department trainers to ensure consistent training standards.
• Develop onboarding and orientation programs for new hires and transfers.
• Assess education needs via audits, denial trends, and performance metrics; tailor programs accordingly.
• Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and competency assessments.
• Promote ongoing professional development and adherence to regulatory requirements.
