Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Senior Revenue Cycle Educator to design, implement, and evaluate advanced education programs for Patient Financial Services and related departments. You will lead streamlined training, onboarding, and competency validation across Revenue Cycle teams, aligning content with audits and performance metrics.

The role requires 5+ years in hospital revenue cycle, plus expertise in adult learning, instructional design, and curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree required or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare admin, business, education, finance preferred.
• Certifications in revenue cycle preferred (CRCR, HFMA, AAHAM, CPC/CPB).
• Five years hospital revenue cycle experience required.
• Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, implementation of Revenue Cycle education programs.
• Standardize curricula, materials, tools, and assessment methods.
• Provide guidance to Revenue Cycle Educators and trainers.
• Develop onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using audits and metrics.
• Collaborate with leadership to address education gaps and audits.
