Job summary

Capital Health seeks a Revenue Cycle Educator support professional to assist in designing, developing, and evaluating educational programs for Patient Accounts and Revenue Cycle staff. The role emphasizes effective teaching, diverse instructional methods, and collaboration with the Education team.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent with hospital billing experience, plus familiarity with regulatory standards and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Education: High School degree or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
• Two years of Hospital Billing experience required. Familiarity with revenue cycle functions.
• Experience in planning and conducting training programs preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of orientation plans for Patient Accounts and Revenue Cycle staff.
• Assist with system orientation for Revenue Cycle tools and processes.
• Develop, update and maintain educational materials.
• Demonstrate effective teaching skills and various instructional methods.
• Support standards, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain records of educational activities and program outcomes.
