Job summary

Paychex is expanding its Human Resource Services team and seeking a driven sales professional to grow the client base by selling retirement plans and related services. You will engage final decision makers, present tailored solutions, and manage relationships with financial advisor channels and referrals.

You’ll travel as needed and participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge and compliance requirements, contributing to revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• Less than 1 year of Paychex experience or completion of required training/certifications.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Present retirement plan and FSA products to decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedule appointments with potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect via phone, mail, seminars, client visits, and marketing programs to grow the client base.
• Assess prospects’ needs and align Paychex solutions accordingly.
• Resolve client issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
