Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Senior Retirement Plan Sales Representative to drive growth in Human Resource Services by expanding the client base and presenting retirement plan solutions to final decision makers. Travel may be required for conferences and trainings.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.
• Less than 1 year of experience in Paychex plus completion of required training.

Responsibilities

• Presents retirement plan and FSA products to final decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedules appointments with potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospects using phone, mail, seminars and local marketing programs to grow the client base.
• Analyzes prospects’ needs and determines appropriate Paychex products.
• Expedites resolution of client problems to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Completes new business paperwork and enters notes into Salesforce for seamless service.
• Represents Paychex positively to clients and community and develops sales skills toward senior level.
• May travel outside territory for conferences, training, or meetings.

Education

H.S. Diploma - Required
