Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• <1 year of Paychex-related experience or completed training programs.
• 2 years of experience in sales or sales management.

Responsibilities

• Present Paychex retirement plan and FSA products to key decision makers to close new sales.
• Schedule appointments with potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect via calls, mail, seminars, and local marketing programs to develop new clients.
• Analyze client needs to propose appropriate Paychex solutions and coordinate with relevant teams.
