OneDigital is seeking a senior investments professional to support retirement plan services with advanced analysis and recommendations. The role collaborates with clients and internal teams to evaluate funds, monitor portfolios, and advise on asset allocation, performance, and fees.

The ideal candidate has extensive investment management experience focused on defined contribution and defined benefit plans, strong analytical and presentation skills, and familiarity with ERISA fiduciary standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in investment management with a focus on defined contribution and defined benefit retirement plans.
• Strong analytical ability to translate complex investment data into clear insights for plan sponsors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey investment recommendations and trends.
• Deep understanding of ERISA and fiduciary governance principles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze retirement plan investment options, including asset allocation, performance, and fees.
• Provide advanced investment expertise to Sales and Service teams.
• Collaborate with client, advisor, and service teams to monitor portfolios and recommend strategies.
• Lead analysis of potential fund changes and facilitate informed decisions within the team.
• Identify investment trends and opportunities for plan sponsors.
• Offer insights and talking points on mutual funds for client communication.
