Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees. The role involves delivering in-person or video presentations, educating participants, and supporting plan education initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist with annual plan review and financial education planning.
• Support education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate about plan participation.
• Travel may be required depending on territory.
