OneDigital is seeking a Manager, Retirement Growth Marketing to bridge national marketing with retirement plan growth across the West and Central regions. You’ll help advisors turn campaigns and tools into locally relevant growth plans, prioritizing opportunities and enhancing pipeline visibility.

Reporting to leadership, you’ll adapt programs regionally, drive AI-enabled adoption, and collaborate with national teams to scale best practices while maintaining compliance and a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and CRM data.
• Ability to turn strategy into practical action.
• Willingness to travel across West and Central regions.
• Experience translating national programs to local market action.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted growth marketing consultant to retirement advisors and consultants.
• Partner to build local growth plans and enablement resources.
• Adapt national campaigns for local market relevance.
• Help advisors adopt AI-enabled tools and platforms.
• Monitor campaigns using CRM data and report results.
• Coordinate with regional leaders and national teams.
