Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Retirement Benefits Manager to lead a team of specialists managing 401(k) MEPS/PEPS and client plans. You will ensure plan compliance, respond to client and participant inquiries, and drive process improvements with vendors and internal teams.

This role requires 5+ years in 401(k) administration and 1–3+ years of leadership, with ERISA knowledge and strong Office skills. Onsite collaboration and secure data handling are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience focused on 401(k) plan administration.
• 1-3+ years of leadership experience in retirement or benefits operations.
• Third-Party Administration (TPA) experience preferred.
• MEP/PEP experience a plus.
• Retirement credentials (QKA, RPA, ASPPA, CEBS) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to Retirement Benefits Specialists and Senior Specialists.
• Oversee retirement plan administration ensuring ERISA compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support 401(k) plan audits and Form 5500 filings with third parties.
• Lead mergers of acquired MEPs/PEPs into company plans.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Client Relations, Sales, and Benefits for integrated administration.
