Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ seeks a Retirement Benefits Manager to lead a team of specialists in administering 401(k) MEPs and PEPs, ensuring ERISA compliance and accurate payroll support.

You will partner with vendors, manage audits, drive process improvements, and coordinate with Payroll, Client Relations, and Benefits to deliver timely retirement plan administration.

This role requires leadership, deep ERISA knowledge, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent; 5+ years 401(k) administration experience preferred.
• Strong ERISA knowledge and retirement plan operations understanding.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a team while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Retirement Benefits Specialists and provide performance coaching.
• Oversee 401(k) plan administration, testing, and plan document reviews.
• Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and internal stakeholders on issues.
• Lead mergers of MEPs/PEPs into company 401(k) plans and support audits.
