Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a Retirement Benefits Specialist to support the Retirement Team with plan administration, client and participant support, and compliance tasks for 401(k) MEPS/PEPS. This role partners with retirement vendors to improve processes and ensure accurate filings.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in retirement plans, ERISA knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retirement plan experience.
• Proficiency in ERISA concepts and retirement plan operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of retirement plans by uploading contribution files, resolving file errors, navigating retirement provider websites, and remitting payments.
• Coordinate year-end compliance testing and reporting for various 401(k) plans.
• Provide annual Form 5500 and audit support.

Education

2+ years retirement plan experience

Associate's degree or equivalent

ERISA knowledge

Strong written and oral communication skills
