Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Retirement Benefits Manager to lead a team of Retirement Benefits Specialists and provide executive support for multiple 401(k) MEPS/PEPs and client plans. You will ensure plan compliance, support participants, and drive process improvements across retirement operations.

The role requires ERISA expertise, 5+ years in 401(k) administration, and leadership experience. Collaboration with vendors and internal teams is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ERISA knowledge and understanding of retirement plan operations.
• Experience leading a team of retirement benefits staff.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Retirement Benefits Specialists and provide coaching.
• Oversee retirement plan administration for 401(k) MEPS/PEPs and client plans.
• Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and stakeholders for complex issues.
• Assist with plan mergers, audits, and Form 5500 filings.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Client Relations, Sales, and Benefits for integrated administration.
