Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC in Rancho Cordova, CA, seeks a Retail Support Technician IV to deliver Level 2 technical support for the Retail Technology suite, including POS, back-office, and store applications. You will assist retailers on-site and remotely, train users, and work with the team to improve the customer experience.

Travel is required. Strong networking skills and Microsoft Office proficiency are important.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of supermarket and/or technology experience.
• Strong knowledge of supermarket operations including POS and back-office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application support for all solutions within the Retail Technology suite.
• Provide hardware service and support for retailer equipment including servers, computers, network and POS.
• Deliver Level 2 technical support and escalate to Level 3 when required.
• Offer remote and on-site field support to retailers in Retail supermarkets.
• Provide basic application training for the Retail Technology suite.
• Counsel retailers with recommendations on technology solutions and services.
• Travel required: Yes.
