Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Retail Support Technician IV to deliver Level 2 support for the Retail Technology suite, including POS and back-office applications. You will work with field teams to resolve issues, train Retailers, and recommend technology solutions.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience in supermarket or tech settings, travel, and a strong customer-service focus. First shift in the United States of America, with onsite support across Retail locations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of supermarket operations including point-of-sale and back-office applications.
• Strong technical and networking background.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application support to Retailers for all Retail Technology solutions.
• Provide Level 2 technical support and escalate to Level 3 when required.
• Deliver on-site and remote field support in Retail supermarkets.
• Provide basic application training to Retailers for Retail Technology services.
• Offer counseling and recommendations on technology solutions and services.
