Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Retail Support Technician IV to deliver Level 2 technical support for the Retail Technology suite, including point-of-sale, back-office applications, and networking. You will provide on-site and remote assistance to retailers and collaborate with the Retail Technology Help Desk.

The role requires travel to retailer sites, strong customer relations, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; you will work with cross-functional teams to elevate the customer

Qualifications

• Associate degree in General Studies required.
• 5–7 years supermarket and/or technology experience.
• Experience with point-of-sale and back-office applications preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support to retailers for Retail Technology suite.
• Deliver on-site and remote hardware and software support.
• Train retailers on Retail Technology applications.
• Collaborate with Retail Technology Help Desk and leadership to improve customer experience.
