Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Retail Support Technician IV to deliver Level 2 support for the Retail Technology suite, including POS and back-office applications. You will work with field teams to resolve issues, train Retailers, and recommend technology solutions.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience in supermarket or tech settings, travel, and a strong customer-service focus. First shift in the United States of America, with onsite support across Retail locations.

Position Overview

The Retail Support Technician IV (RST) provides technology service and support to the company’s customers.The RST supports the Retail Technology Help Desk providing Level 2 support and supports the full suite of Retail Technology services, programs, and solutions used by customers. The RST works with other team members and the Retail Services Leadership Team to demonstrate the Company’s Values, execute the Company’s Strategic Objectives, and continually elevate the Customer Experience.

• Provide technical and application support to the Company’s Retailers for all solutions within the Retail Technology suite of services including back-office HQ and store applications, point-of-sale, sign/tag software, networking, etc.
• Provide hardware service and support for Retailer equipment including servers, computers, network, and point-of-sale.
• Provide Level 2 technical support to our Retailers when escalated from the Level 1 Retail Technology Help Desk team, and elevate to Level 3 Management when required.
• Provide Retailers with service that includes remote and on-site field support in Retail supermarkets.
• Provide basic application training to Retailers for the Retail Technology suite of services.
• Provide Retailers with counseling, advice, and recommendations on technology solutions and services.
