Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers in Rancho Cordova, CA is seeking a Retail Support Technician IV to provide Level 2 and field support for the Retail Technology suite, including POS, back-office apps, and networking. You will work with the Retail Technology Help Desk and team to elevate the customer experience.

The role covers remote and on-site service, training for retailers, and advisory on technology solutions, with travel required to support stores as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of supermarket and/or technology experience.
• Associate Degree in General Studies.
• Available for 1st shift (USA).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application support to the Company's Retailers for all solutions within the Retail Technology suite of services including back-office HQ and store applications, point-of-sale, sign/tag software, networking, etc.
• Provide hardware service and support for Retailer equipment including servers, computers, network, and point-of-sale.
• Provide Level 2 technical support to our Retailers when escalated from the Level 1 Retail Technology Help Desk team, and escalating to Level 3 Management when required.
• Provide Retailers with service that includes remote and on-site field support in Retail supermarkets.
• Provide basic application training to Retailers for the Retail Technology suite of services.
• Provide Retailers with counseling, advice, and recommendations on technology solutions and services.
