Job summary

LILT is seeking experienced Retail professionals to support a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project focused on Korean retail and consumer-facing environments.

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review realistic, high-quality scenarios that reflect operational, customer service, sales, pharmacy, loss prevention, and retail management challenges across supermarkets, pharmacies, department stores, luxury retail, shopping malls, and multi-branch operations.

Qualifications

• Native-level Korean with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years of professional experience in Retail, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Commercial Management, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations
• Background in roles: Retail Sales Supervision, Store/Operations Management, Pharmacist/Pharmacy Operations, Retail Security, Loss Prevention, Fraud Investigation, Customer Experience, or Multi-Branch Retail Operations
• Strong understanding of customer service workflows, retail operations, compliance procedures, inventory management, and Korean retail environments

Responsibilities

• Design realistic Retail Trade scenarios in Korean or English grounded in Korean operational contexts (store operations, customer service escalations, inventory management, pharmacy workflows, retail compliance, fraud prevention, sales supervision, branch coordination)
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, customer interactions, retail decision-making, and compliance-related tasks
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, policy compliance, customer service quality, and operational realism
• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting best practices across Korean retail, pharmacy, and commercial operations
