Job summary

LILT invites experienced Retail professionals to collaborate as independent contractors on an AI benchmarking project focused on Indonesian retail and consumer-facing environments. You will design and review scenarios across store operations, customer service, and pharmacy workflows to ensure realistic, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Native-level Indonesian with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Retail, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Commercial Management, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations.
• Background in roles like Retail Sales Supervision, Store Operations, Pharmacist or Pharmacy Operations, or Multi-Branch Retail Operations.
• Strong understanding of customer service workflows, retail operations, compliance procedures, inventory management, and Indonesian retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic Retail Trade scenarios in Indonesian or English grounded in Indonesian operational contexts (e.g., store operations, customer service escalations, inventory management, pharmacy workflows, retail compliance, fraud prevention, sales supervision, branch coordination).
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, customer interactions, retail decision-making, and compliance-related tasks.
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, policy compliance, customer service quality, and operational realism.
• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting best practices across Indonesian retail, pharmacy, and commercial operations.
