Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in an off-price/multi-unit retail environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams while ensuring policy compliance and safe handling of funds.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to meet service expectations and smooth register flow.
• Oversee overall store operations and receiving SOPs; manage transfers, debits, damages and chargebacks with Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty to model leadership and drive store results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
• Assist in other store operations areas as needed and communicate with District/Regional teams.
