Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate with peers and key stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and reason through complex scenarios.
• Strong relationship-building with internal and external customers.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and independent decision making.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and resolve system or process issues; foster collaboration across teams and with customers.
• Lead process improvements and UAT activities; support testing with cross-functional teams.
• Investigate discrepancies; evaluate alternatives and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and company policies.
• Monitor internal systems; identify issues and articulate improvements.
• Investigate issues and drive root-cause analysis with stakeholders.
• Execute order-to-cash activities: enrollment, contract processing, billing, and cash application.
• Travel as needed and attend in-person trainings and meetings.
