Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Retail Operations team. The role focuses on leveraging expertise to handle complex issues, drive process improvements, and collaborate with IT and cross-functional groups to enhance systems and workflows.

Responsibilities include managing order-to-cash activities, ensuring accurate billing and data management, and supporting change management across stakeholders. Travel and in-person attendance are required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and determine remediation.
• Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.
• Strong time management and independent decision-making skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and project delivery.

Responsabilités

• Proactively communicate and resolve system or process issues; partner with teams.
• Drive process innovation with IT; lead UAT activities.
